Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using LeaseCove safely, lawfully, and responsibly.

Effective January 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of LeaseCove’s Services. You must not, and must not permit users to, do any of the following:

  • Use the Services in violation of applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party rights.
  • Upload, store, transmit, or make available unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
  • Use the Services to conduct unlawful discrimination, prohibited tenant screening, or decisions that violate fair-housing, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
  • Upload payment-card data, bank-account details, Social Security numbers, credit reports, or tenant-screening reports.
  • Provide Customer Data without the notice, consent, authority, and lawful basis required to do so.
  • Access another user’s account, share credentials outside your organization, or bypass authentication, permissions, security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
  • Probe, scan, test, or exploit the security of the Services without LeaseCove’s written permission.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, denial-of-service activity, or other technology intended to disrupt the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services except where law expressly permits it.
  • Resell, sublicense, lease, timeshare, scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Services except through an authorized API or with our written permission.
  • Connect LeaseCove to an AI or LLM account you are not authorized to use, expose credentials or Customer Data through an improperly secured connection, or use AI output as the sole basis for regulated decisions.
  • Send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, or other unsolicited commercial communications through or in connection with the Services.
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation with LeaseCove or another person or organization.

Enforcement

LeaseCove may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties; comply with law; or enforce this Policy and our Terms. We may notify affected users where appropriate and legally permitted.
