Metacadence, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as LeaseCove (“LeaseCove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the LeaseCove website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit, create an account for, or use the Services.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information, including name, email address, company, role, and login credentials.
- Subscription and transaction information, including plan, billing status, and payment records. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe.
- Customer Data entered into the Services, such as property, unit, lease, tenant, vendor, amendment, maintenance, and CAM operational information.
- Usage, device, and log information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, feature activity, and security events.
- Communications and marketing preferences, including demo requests, support requests, and email-subscription choices.
Do not upload payment-card data, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, credit reports, or tenant-screening reports to the Services.
How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the Services; administer accounts and subscriptions; respond to requests; communicate about the Services; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Customer Data
LeaseCove customers control the Customer Data they enter into the Services. We process Customer Data on their behalf to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to our agreements with those customers. If your information was entered by a LeaseCove customer, please direct your privacy request to that customer first.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Services, including Stripe for payments, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website analytics, Resend for email, DreamHost for hosting-related services, and OpenAI for LeaseCove features that use OpenAI. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or transaction counterparties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information for money or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Customer-authorized MCP connections
A user may connect an LLM account that they control to LeaseCove through LeaseCove’s Model Context Protocol connection. When enabled, LeaseCove makes Customer Data available to the authenticated connection in response to authorized requests. The customer controls the connected account, users, prompts, permissions, and settings. The provider of that connected LLM account handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure website performance. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention and deletion
Customers may export Customer Data while subscribed and for 30 days after termination. We delete Customer Data from active systems within 30 days after that export period, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Customer Data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being deleted or overwritten. We may retain de-identified, aggregated information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our processing of personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is entirely secure. The Services are not directed to children under 18. We may update this Notice from time to time and will post the revised version with a new effective date when required.
